The electrical vacuum conveyor is the dust-free feeder for powder and granule, electrical Vacuum conveyor can deliver materials
automatically to hoppers, bagging machines, mixer blender, mill, vibratory screener, etc. to reduce the dust spills during materials
charging. It is widely used in pharmaceutical plants; food plants and any other plants require for clean and civilized production.

Working Principle
The vacuum pump is powered by compressed air, which functions on the Venturi principle, and generates the vacuum. Materials
are sucked into the suction pipeline and form a gas-and-materials stream. The stream goes to the hopper of the vacuum feeder
through the pipeline. Meanwhile, the filter separates the materials from the intake air completely. When material falls into the hopper,
the controller will cut off the vacuum generator automatically, then the hopper outlet valve will open automatically and materials fall
into the receiving vessel. When the vacuum generator starts again, this process is repeated and a new cycle starts. The suction time
and emptying times are normally controlled by a control system.
